Helped people ranging from Olympic-level athletes to sedentary professionals move pain-free, rebuild strength, and stay out of the endless cycle of flare-ups and “quick fixes”
As a lifter and physique competitor, I lived with years of low back and hip pain until one heavy lift left me unable to train — or even live — the way I loved. I know the fear and frustration of losing that freedom. My search for answers felt endless: cookie-cutter rehab programs, quick fixes that never lasted, and a healthcare system more focused on insurance than on people. I felt reduced to a billing code instead of a human being who just wanted his life back.
That’s why I chose to become a physical therapist. After investing tens of thousands of dollars and years of study, I finally found the answers I could never access as a patient. Today, I am 100% pain-free — stronger and more mobile than I have ever been.
I built the AIM Rehab System to give people the solutions I once searched for: care that is transparent, individualized, and built to last. Here, diagnoses are clues, never limits. A label like “disc herniation” or “sciatica” may help guide treatment, but it does not define you. My goal is to treat the whole person — YOUR movement, YOUR goals, YOUR life — and help you move forward without fear.
